In 2008, Wes Sullenger took me in as a no-money-down client. He listened to my story about being discriminated against from my employer for getting hurt on the job. Wes never asked for any money up front. Wes kept me up to date on all of the court proceedings and paper work that was being done. My claim was against a large Pharmacy chain. We were able to settle out of court and avoid trial. Wes was always professional and understanding.
Before I had contacted Sullenger Law Firm I had called other big name Law Firms in the area. Not one of them would even call me back. The first time I called Wes, he took my call and listened. Wes is a great Lawyer and great person. I continue to follow him to this day. He is an all-around great person.
I hope that I dont need Lawyer assistance ever again but if I did I will be contacting Wes at Sullenger Law Firm.
Thank you so much Sullenger Law Firm for all you did for me!
We represented Samantha in a claim against her former employer for retaliating against her after she took workers' compensation leave.

Almost 3 years ago I walked into Michelle's office not having a clue what I was doing and a ball of emotions. She has been with me every step of the way. She has heard my anger and my fears and was very patient and understanding. She really made me feel like I was her only client. She never rushed me in and out and has always been extremely professional and on top of her game. I truly recommend her to anyone who is in search of the best attorney in town.

Wes is a diligent person. He seems to be well studied. He looks into what he is supposed to. He is very persistent. He is not real pushy. He tries to look at things from different perceptive and different angles. He does a really good job with that. He is very approachable and likable.

My husband and I hired Michelle to gain custody of his daughter. This was our first time ever dealing with a lawyer, but our experience was great. Michelle went above and beyond our expectations. She was very easy to talk with, very understanding, and kept us posted on everything that was going on. On the day of court the child's mother ended up settling but I know without a doubt that even if she wouldn't have settled, Michelle would have won our case for us.
We represented A.B. in a custody case.

During my FMLA case, I was very happy and pleased with Mr. Sullenger and his law office representation. Mr. Sullenger was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the FMLA laws. Mr. Sullenger was very helpful during the whole process which at times was tiring and at times discouraging. Mr. Sullenger always kept me informed and provided me with the best information that helped me in making any necessary decisions. I would highly recommend Mr. Sullenger to my family and friends that may find themselves in a situation that they might need legal representation for FMLA.
Again I am honored to be writing this letter of appreciation and recommendation as I was greatly pleased with the overall representation during my FMLA case from Mr. Wes Sullenger.
Sincerely,
Satisfied Client"

Wes Sullenger and the Sullenger Law Office team provided excellent services for my legal case. I always felt "in the loop" and usually would receive courtesy calls for even the tiniest change in my case. They explained what was happening and why it mattered at every stage. I would recommend Mr. Sullenger and his team to anyone needing legal counsel in in an employment law case.
After we represented Roger Moore in a child custody case, he wrote that he was "very satisfied" and would "very highly" recommend the firm to others. He further stated: "Your receptionist was very friendly and had papers ready when they said for me to pick up. Michelle Williams was very knowledgeable about my situation and gave me very informative advice and suggestions to do. She also took care of any problems I had and followed through on every situation."
We represented a client (anonymous per settlement terms) in a claim against a city for rescinding a job offer based on his criminal background check. Employers can use background checks but they usually cannot consider arrests that did not result in conviction or aged crimes with no bearing on the present job. The client stated that we understood his goals and got him the best possible deal under the circumstances.
Marshall Hill wrote: "I was wrongfully terminated by a Fortune 100 company. Wes took on a team of lawyers that flew in determined not to give up a penny. The judge was impressed by Wes's preparation, thoroughness, and professionalism. Every argument they tried to present, he'd smack 'em down with stack of evidence to refute it. They had no choice but to settle, but more importantly Wes was always concerned about me as a person. I was more than a paycheck or a case number. Walking into his office, I gained more than an attorney, I gained a friend!!"
Donna Harris stated that: "Wes did an excellent job in explaining my rights and ability to decide; but provided excellent advice and explanations on pros and cons to accepting an offer or proceeding forward with litigation."
We were fortunate to have the opportunity to negotiate a novel settlement for her, involving financial payment as well as exchange of motor vehicles related to her personal interests.
Jesse Lane explained that he had gone through a lot of lawyers before he found someone willing to help him. We take pride in taking good cases, no matter who is on the other side.
Another client (anonymous per settlement terms) wrote: "This was an agonizing process at times and at times I got discouraged during the process but you were always an array of hope during the process." I appreciate his compliments toward our dedication and professionalism as well.
